DESCRIPTION:

The relay movement consists essentially of a coll attracting an framework carrying me moving contacts, TN* fixed contact reeds of tine 4 change over contacts are detained in the molded turn of the relay contacts making surfaces are silver and the contacts are famous and distinguishable in such a way M that they make sure a consistent and low confrontation contact. NOTE:

The non standard voltage coils are within the range of 6V to 250 V DC or up to 415V, 50Hz which can be supplied in opposition to specific needs and requirement.

These supporting or assisting relays functions satisfactory between 80% and 110% of the rated voltage as per IS : 3231 and IEC 255 1 - 0. The lower limit is for dependable operation and the upper limit is determined by the thermal constancy and strength of the coils. The weight is approximately 0.3 Kg which includes plug-in base CASE AND MOUNTING the relay is build in with a transparent cover and is most appropriate for projection mounting only, with front or rear association plug-in base.

MANUAL TESTER:

Each relays is provided with a physical tester key which fastens the relay movement during the passage or transit. This is to be entirely from top to bottom removed before revitalizing the relay. This tester can also be utilized for operating the relay physically by hand or by inserting it all the way through the cavity in the cover.

INSTRUCTION FOR HANDLING AND STORAGE:

The relays are in general transmitted in boxes which can maintain and uphold rational and logical shocks during transit. Upon proof of payment / receipt of the relays, it is desirable to inspect and examine them. In case of any harm, it should be reported to us quoting the color number. If the relays are not being established and installed instantaneously without any delay they should be stored in the novel boxes. The storage place should be free of charge form acid tunes, too much dust and humidity.

ADJUSTMENT:

No adjustment is being required at the site.

MAINTENANCE:

The contacts shall be once in a while inspected for cleanliness. The voltage rating has DC or AC frequency whether an optional LED indicator necessary
